Let’s Shine’s Susquehanna Warrior Reserve (SWR) is a regional initiative dedicated to restoring dignity, opportunity, and resilience across Northeastern Pennsylvania. We build trauma informed pathways that connect individuals to housing, healing, education, and employment through a coordinated network of partners.

Our work includes the Empowerment Gateway, a digital platform that streamlines access to services; transitional housing programs for veterans and youth; workforce and education pathways; restorative programming for frontline workers; and nature based wellness initiatives. As a backbone organization, SWR brings together county agencies, nonprofits, health systems, schools, churches, and community leaders to create a unified, transparent, and compassionate continuum of care. Our mission is simple: ensure every person has a clear, dignified path forward.
