Through coalition‑building and community‑rooted action, SWR strengthens resilient, inclusive communities across Northeast Pennsylvania.

Prioritize Veterans, Youth, Young Adults at Highest Risk
Focus initial efforts on veterans, young people aging out of foster care, juvenile support programs, and those living in high‑risk environments who are experiencing housing insecurity or homelessness.

Build a Cross‑Sector Governance Coalition
Request support, guidance, and active participation from regional partners. Each organization listed below is invited to appoint a representative to the SWR Board or Advisory Commitee to ensure alignment, accountability, and shared success:
